Five steps you can take now to build for the future
1
Assess your market analysis and add one new research input that goes beyond the VOC. Then package it up with your POV and share with your CEO.
2
Evaluate your span of control and pick a path. Then make a high-level, one-year plan on how to achieve it.
3
Commit to spending one new/additional hour using AI tools and track your activity. From there, expand and enhance where and how it can transform your everyday work.
4
No matter when you last had the conversation, sit down with your CEO and have them articulate or reiterate their top three expectations of you and your team.
