Josh Donaghue is the Executive Vice President of Tradigital Media, leading the seamless integration of traditional, digital, and social media strategies—what we call “Tradigital.” With over 20 years of experience, he specializes in data-driven activation strategies that don’t just capture attention but drive measurable business results.
A firm believer in transparency and efficiency, Josh ensures media investments work smarter, aligning every campaign with KPIs and business objectives. His team thrives on innovation, bringing brands to life through cutting-edge activations that engage consumers in fresh, unexpected ways.
Josh studied Marketing at Franklin & Marshall College but soon traded Northeast winters for the sunshine of South Florida, which he proudly calls home.

Anne has spent more than 18 years passionately delivering advertising and marketing strategies to brands across various industries leaning into data, media platforms, creative, tech and how it all comes together. In her current role, Anne actively develops leading healthcare analytics and data solutions for clients, specializing in audience-based approaches. In previous roles, Anne was a pioneer in the retail media landscape, helping to consult Fortune 100 retailers in building ad networks through marrying omni-channel publisher offerings with expansive audience data integrations. Through her own challenging health journey, she joined BPD in 2023 to apply her passion for data to help lead to better patient experience and create audience solutions for large healthcare systems.

Tanya Andreadis is Penn Medicine’s VP Patient Engagement & Chief Marketing Officer. In her role she oversees global brand strategy, strategic partnerships, growth and acquisition programs and customer experience initiatives. In partnership with clinical, operations and technology leaders, Tanya is finding ways to break new ground and reimagine the Penn Medicine patient journey starting with the "front door to care”, turning websites and apps into places where people get needs met and enhancing interactions across all platforms to become exceptional, high-touch navigation services. Most recently, Tanya was CMO for UCLA Health, where she made a significant impact on modernizing the digital strategy, elevating the global brand and tying marketing tactics to business growth. Throughout her 20 year career in health care, Tanya has worked in complex environments, transforming and building large teams with digital fluency and at hard-wiring data-driven decision making. When Tanya isn’t working, she is busy trying to keep up with her two children, two big dogs and her endless list of half-started audiobooks.

David A. Feinberg is Senior Vice President, Chief Marketing and Communications Officer for the Mount Sinai Health System, providing leadership and strategic guidance for all marketing, communications, public relations, and branding efforts. David joined Mount Sinai in November 2018 from the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute in Boston, where he was Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer. Before that, David held marketing leadership roles for nearly 20 years at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital. He holds a Master’s in Management, Marketing, from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School and a BS in Economics from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.


Chris has provided leadership and guidance in the areas of strategy, brand, marketing, digital, and change management to hospitals and health systems across the country for more than 20 years. Chris is an award-winning author of six books, including Joe Public Doesn’t Care About Your Hospital, which became a field guide for driving transformation in hospital marketing departments across the country. He is a frequent keynote speaker and featured presenter on healthcare marketing and branding topics. Before joining Revive, Chris was the owner and lead strategist of Interval, a Minneapolis-based healthcare marketing firm he founded in 1995.
