The momentum has been on our side for the month of April. From conference stages to national award nods, the work we’re doing is pushing healthcare marketing forward, fast.
We brought impact at HMPS 2025 in Orlando. Anne DiNapoli Block and Josh Donoghue teamed up with AdventHealth’s Anthony Cadieux to lead a workshop on smarter, sharper, data-driven marketing. Meanwhile, Chris Bevolo took the mic to tackle one of the industry’s biggest questions: How do you defend marketing ROI in a time of scrutiny? He’s not done yet—Chris also headed to Becker’s 15th Annual Meeting in Chicago, where he joined Sharon Line Clary (AdventHealth), Andy Chang (UChicago Medicine), and Ryan Younger (Virtua Health) to explore what real, strategic growth looks like from the marketing seat.
We’re excited to share that “Everybody’s Work”, our powerful collaboration with SHIFT Nursing and the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, was placed as a finalist for both the Shorty Awards (Social Good Campaign) and the Webby Awards (Video & Film, DEI&B). The storytelling speaks for itself and this moment underscores just how much it resonates.
On the team front, we’re growing with intention. We welcomed six new teammates this month: Varia Drabkin (Senior Social Media Strategist), Valentina Rodriguez and Celine Fleites (Senior Digital Strategists), Jigna Patel (Director, Data & Analytics), Garen Boghosian (Creative Director), and Patton Smith (Associate Creative Director, Copy). We also celebrated well-earned promotions for Lauren Homrich (AVP, Communications), Shannon Farrell (Senior Media Director), Kristen Orellana (Associate Creative Director, Art), and Bruce Hartford (Associate Creative Director, Art). Smart talent. Big impact.
We also dropped a must-read: The Future of the CMO, our latest white paper unpacking the pressures and defining opportunities facing healthcare marketing leaders. Based on two years of research and executive insights, it’s bold, unflinching, and required reading for any chief marketing officer serious about transformation. Download the report here.
And this month on The No Normal Show, we went deep. From Gen Z’s embrace of digital minimalism to AI’s jaw-dropping new capabilities, from healthcare’s economic storm to the creative forces redefining award season—we covered it all. Chris, Desirée, and Stephanie also dove into the chaos (and opportunity) facing CMOs today, and even made time for White Lotus theories and Barbie shout-outs. Smart, surprising, and always one step ahead. Catch up on our episodes now.
