Building Community Trust with Purposeful Brand Marketing

Compassion. Commitment. Community. It Shows. We showed up with a comprehensive campaign to recognize, celebrate and inspire, Mission Health colleagues. To demonstrate the organization’s impact on the western North Carolina Community, and create a sense of pride and connection among its healthcare workers. The tagline, ‘It Shows,’ served to emphasize the character and the qualities of HCA’s healthcare workers in telling their stories, and reflecting positively on the broader organization and began to better connect HCA Healthcare to Mission Health and to the community.

To further bolster spirits among hospital colleagues, we activated the ‘Show Love Project’ online, within our walls and out in the community. By collecting notes of appreciation we invited folks to become part of a movement that celebrates love, gratitude and acts of kindness. The It Shows campaign and the Show Love Project are rooted in a deep appreciation of the essential traits HCA Healthcare colleagues display and that HCA Healthcare stands for. They remind us of the value our caregivers bring to the organization and to the communities they serve because when you do good in the world. It shows.
