Chris has provided leadership and guidance in the areas of strategy, brand, marketing, digital, and change management to hospitals and health systems across the country for more than 20 years. Chris is an award-winning author of six books, including Joe Public Doesn’t Care About Your Hospital, which became a field guide for driving transformation in hospital marketing departments across the country. He is a frequent keynote speaker and featured presenter on healthcare marketing and branding topics. Before joining Revive, Chris was the owner and lead strategist of Interval, a Minneapolis-based healthcare marketing firm he founded in 1995.

Andrew Chang serves as the Chief Marketing Officer at the University of Chicago Medicine. Previously, he held the position of Vice President of Marketing at VillageMD via acquisition of Summit Health/CityMD. His career has also seen him in roles such as Executive Director of Marketing and Physician Outreach at Piedmont Healthcare, along with leadership roles at UPS, and AirTran Airways and Southwest Airlines.

haron Line Clary is a graduate of Florida State University with a bachelor’s degree in Sports Information, Management, and Marketing and a master’s degree in Marketing and Communication Technologies. Her experience includes positions within sports, hospitality, and healthcare field including stints with the Florida State University Athletic and Sports Information Departments, World Cup Soccer, Olympic Games, and Mission Inn Resort and Club. For the past 24 years, Line Clary has been with AdventHealth. Currently, she is Senior Vice President of Community Impact & Partnership Engagement, where she oversees strategic marketing, sports/entertainment partnerships and clinical/corporate sales for the nationally ranked health care system which encompasses 9 hospitals, 14 emergency rooms, 30+ urgent care centers, outpatient facilities/services, a 600+ employed multi-specialty physician practice and 2,600+ medical staff.
